Totes

Each purchase of a Tote Bag now comes with a free hand-painted Gift Card (usually four bucks bro). There's a bunch to chose from, and if none of them take your fancy, you can make a request.

If you just want the bag for yourself, you can still have the gift card and I dare you to give it to a complete stranger, or the mayor, or a pirate.

Another day, another can

Snug as a bum in a can.

I've had a stack of crushed cans tucked away in a draw for years, waiting for a purpose. They're all roadkill, having been nicely flattened by oblivious drivers, and I figured they could be reincarnated as painting surfaces, or coasters, or something. So finally on Sunday I painted a face on one, with a gaping mouth where the drinking hole was. Then I decided to do lots more.

Here's the first four...

Greeting Cards in, Calendars out.

Sold out of Wall Planners, but in their place there's now individually hand-painted cards. Also Tote Bags, the old faithful tea towels, and new artworks.

Totally Totes

Island Bay Tote Bags in store, and at the Day In The Bay market (sunday 12th, Island Bay). $20 during the festival (11th-19th Feb), and $30 thereafter.

100% tough, natural, unbleached cotton. Not like on of those weak, sissy bags with corporate advertising on the side. This one's for heavy duty vegetables.

In other news... A pretty little beasty came in to dittybox and displayed itself in the window. Beautiful.
